I LOVE this skirt and wore it a lot when I was about a size 12. It is marked SIZE MEDUM petite. Could fit smaller, or a smidge larger because of elastic waist. Has double button closure. Fits high waisted, and a bit like a pencil skirt but with movement. SO soft.
